Welcome Home

St. Lawrence Lodge is a modern 224 bed municipally-owned Long Term Care Home.

Our facility is located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River at the eastern boundary of the Thousand Islands and the City of Brockville, Ontario.

About Us

Established in 1967, our original building opened its doors in 1970. In 2006, we opened our new state-of-the-art, 224-bed facility. Our Home operates in partnership with the City of Brockville, the United Counties of Leeds & Grenville, the Town of Prescott, the Town of Gananoque, and in conjunction with the Provincial Ministry of Health and Long-Term care, and the South East Local Health Integrated Network (SE LHIN).

St. Lawrence Lodge is committed to the compassionate attention, care, and well-being of our residents; and along with it, the comfort and peace of mind of the family members and friends connected to all who reside with us.

More than the acclaimed services and amenities for which we, too, are known, it is our belief that the true spirit of care sets us apart. Our Home celebrates resident life in an environment that enables an optimal level of independence, choice, and individuality.
